Requirements

1. National license (with official English Translation if in any other language)
2. STCW endorsement (78 as amended in 1995) for same, with official English Translation if in any other language
3. Flag State License*
4. GMDSS ‚ National and Flag State*
5. Radar /ARPA Certificate
6. Certificate of Proficiency in Survival Craft Advanced Firefighting Certificate
7. Crisis Management & Human Behavior
8. Crowd Management
9. Medical First Aid and Medical Care
10. Passport Identity Page & visas when applicable
11. Proof of sea time ‚ copies of seaman book or other proof of sea time
12. Fluency in the English Language
13. STCW Certificates as appropriate for the position being applied for.
14. Valid MLC Medical

* Cruise Management International operates vessels under the Bahamian, Liberian, Panamanian and Cayman Island registries. In order to sign on, a Flag State License is required. Once employment is confirmed the Company will assist in applying for licensing.
