Under the ownership of the Russian entity United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC), Arctech Helsinki Shipyard Inc. operates from its site in Hietalahti, situated in Helsinki. The facility, spreading across 17 hectares, boasts an enclosed construction dock that spans 280 meters. Additionally, it features sheltered workspaces for assembly and painting, alongside three docks designated for outfitting vessels. Notably, the newest Finnish icebreaker, Polaris, is presently being equipped at one of these docks.

The shipyard employs a workforce of 550, with a dedicated engineering design team comprising 90 individuals. Amongst this specialized team, 17 are electrical engineers, including the prominent Unto Ryynänen, who leads the electrical design division.
