The company was incorporated in 1995 and started with just three employees who have made great efforts for the company to earn an impeccable reputation and gain international recognition in the maritime industry.
Over the years, our company has developed its activities and increased its capacity, which allowed us to increase the number of staff, as well as to comfortably cope with our business tasks.
Today, Transmarine Shipping Enterprise LLC is a stable and experienced private company in Azerbaijan, which has a positive reputation among all customers around the world who have used its services.

Port agency
Since 1995 our agency department handled over 800 port calls of foreign and local ships.
High qualification of our employees as well as adequate number of service cars and modern communication means helps us render excellent round- the- clock agency service to shipowners.
Each Agency Department employees holds the “Certificate for Ship Agency” issued by Azerbaijanian Maritime Administration, and is in good command of three languages.
Marine engineering

Management of heavy lift and out-of-gauge cargo transportation projects
We offer our clients full package of services related to transportation of heavy lift and out of gauge cargoes, including, but not limited to:
- Studying drawings of the cargo units;
- Physical verification of cargo unit dimensions for the purpose of preparation to Transportation Method Statement;
- Engineering, covering production of Stow Plans, Sea/Road/rail fastening design, working out loading /transshipment schemes, compiling towage manuals, etc.
- Chartering ships/barges for marine transportation;

Management of ship repair & modification projects
Upon request from our clients we act as General Contractors for ship repair & modification projects with complete engineering support.

- Inspection of specific works or test on Contractor’s behalf;
- Management of disconnection & reconnection of shipboard electronics and witnessing associated tests.
