Port formalities and operations are handled, including ship’s arrival and departure, coordination with port authorities, cargo handling, passenger operations, owners request and crew management.We handle all vessels operation subject to the Client’s appointment instructions and agreed KPI’s.
Document management
We take care of the preparation and processing of the documents necessary for the entry and exit of ships from a port, such as SOF, cargo manifests, customs documents, bills of lading, security certificates etc, processing of import clearance and On-Board delivery service for ship spares.
Representation of shipowners
In many cases, the shipping agency acts as the representative of shipowners in foreign ports. It liaises between the shipowner and the port authorities, customers and other stakeholders, and ensures that the interests of the shipowner are protected.
