Established in 1992, Haitong Company is rooted in the shipbuilding industry with its foundations spread across two key production facilities: Nantong Tongzhou Haitong Ship Rebuilt Co., Ltd (NTHT) and Jiangsu Haitong Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd (JSHT). These facilities boast a combined annual steel fabrication capability of 250,000 tons.

JSHT Facility OverviewJSHT enjoys a strategic location at the Rugao port, a first-class open port and provincial key shipbuilding park, covering a sprawling area of 500,000 m2. The facility features a 660m outfitting quay and supports a modern shipbuilding approach with a 400m*50m dry dock, along with cranes capacity of 1,100 tons and 300 tons respectively, and a 10,000-ton outfitting quay equipped with two 4075 cranes. The comprehensive workshop covers 100,000 m2, housing advanced machinery and specialized areas for pretreatment, steel-cutting, block assembly, piping, and painting among others, amounting to over 1000 sets of state-of-the-art equipment.
