Jiangdong Shipyard

Located along the southern shores of the picturesque Changjiang River in Wuhu, JangDong Shipyard proudly stands as a pivotal opening to the international arena amongst the early cities in Anhui Province, China. This shipyard operates under the esteemed China Changjiang National Shipping Group, positioning itself as a crucial pillar in the maritime construction industry.

Established in the year 1945, JangDong Shipyard boasts a rich legacy in shipbuilding. Presently, the yard is a workplace for over 1500 dedicated employees, which includes a formidable cadre of 400 specialists. This blend of experienced and skilled workforce underscores the shipyard's capability to tackle complex shipbuilding projects.

Until October 2003, JangDong Shipyard has achieved commendable success in delivering over 210 vessels. These ships have been commissioned by owners from a diverse array of nations and regions, including Germany, Chile, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Thailand, and Hong Kong, thereby marking the shipyard's significant presence on the global maritime map.

The shipyard has seen considerable progress over its extensive history, now recognized as a prime exporting hub for national mechanical and electrical products.
