Inaugurated in 1994, HRDD commenced operations in November 1995. Facilities and CapabilitiesOccupying a vast expanse of 1,020,000 square meters and boasting a coastline that stretches 2,300 meters, HRDD's infrastructure includes eight repair jetties, four floating docks, and a graving dock designed to accommodate vessels of the VLCC category and below. The repair jetties collectively span more than 2,290 meters. Their comprehensive facilities enable HRDD to handle in excess of 300 vessel services alongside three offshore repair and conversion operations annually.
