Capable of simultaneously constructing 9 different types of ships, this yard boasts a 126-meter long skid, alongside a sprawling complex encompassing 15,341 square meters of indoor building space, 15,870 square meters of outdoor area, culminating in a grand total of 31,211 square meters dedicated to ship construction.

Certifications and StandardsThe shipyard is distinguished by its possession of critical certifications, including the NATO Secret Facility Security Certificate, NATIONAL Secret Facility Security Certificate, along with the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015 standards for quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental management respectively. DEARSAN is also a certified member of the SASAD Defense Industry Manufacturers Association.
DEARSAN's Historical Contributions and Ongoing ProjectsSince its inception in 1980, DEARSAN Shipyard has embarked on an ambitious journey, embracing projects involving the construction, refurbishment, repair, and enhancement of various ships. Presently, the shipyard is engaged in manufacturing 16 "Tuzla" Class Patrol Boats for the Turkish Navy, adhering to a precise delivery timeline. The 57-meter "Tuzla" Class Patrol Boats, a landmark design accomplishment by DEARSAN, are celebrated as the first warships originating from the Turkish Shipbuilding Industry, with both design and manufacturing contributions coming from the Turkish Defense Industry itself.
